Privacy statement: Amuenet will never sell or share your personal information.
1. General: A deposit
must be submitted to Amuenet in advance of initial advertising
date. By submitting advertising for inclusion on Amuenet,
advertiser/agency agrees to be bound by the terms of
this contract. No conditions other than those set forth
herein shall be binding on Amuenet. This contract supersedes
any previous agreements between Amuenet and advertiser/agency
relating to the subject matter set forth herein. Amuenet's
only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder shall
be to serve advertisements of the advertiser described
herein, and in no event shall Amuenet be obligated to
serve advertisements for any other advertiser.
2. Changes and Cancellations:
Cancellations and changes can be made via the advertiser
login. Amuenet's advertising specifications are accessible
through the advertiser login.Amuenet reserves the right
to change any of its advertising specifications at any
time.
3. Delivery, Frequency
and Makegood: All figures relating to the number of
advertisements served as determined by Amuenet shall
govern, regardless of whether advertiser/agency is using
the services of a third party ad server. If Amuenet
fails to provide the guaranteed number of impressions,
Amuenet will make good on this contract.
4. Key Words and Phrases:
Amuenet offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases.
Each advertiser will be given ranking positions based
upon the bid they enter on keywords/phrases. No keyword
listings shall be sent out, doing so will result in
a deletion of your account.
5. Rejections: Amuenet
reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit
or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate
any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason
at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency,
and whether or not such advertisement, link, button,
box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted,
or published.
6. Licenses and Indemnification:
Advertiser/agency grants Amuenet the right to use, reproduce,
publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisments
and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency
has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency
represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed
to use the entire contents and subject matter contained
in its advertisements and collateral information, including,
without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of
persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service
marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service
marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or
endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted
to Amuenet. In addition, advertiser/agency represents
that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral
information do not violate any applicable local, state
or federal law or regulation. In consideration of Amuenet's
acceptance of such advertisements and information for
publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly
and severally indemnify and hold harmless Amuenet and
its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants,
attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries,
successors and assigns from and against any and all
third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and
expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses,
arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's
breach of any covenants, representations and warranties
made therein, (ii) Amuenet's performance under this
contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing,
transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's
advertisements or collateral information by Amuenet.
7. Traffic quality: Any
suspicious, proxy, abusive or over clicking can result
in deletion or reductions of your account. Traffic mentioned
in that of point 9 is the only traffic that will be
credited for. We do not allow incentive traffic, double
clicks, proxy traffic, clicks coming without refering
url, clicks from fraudulent ips are considered invalids
and will not be paid. Targeting a specific keyword is
also not allowed. People must search for what they want.
We have many ways in detecting abuse.
8. Payment: We use to
pay within 24h to members who have reached the 25$ minimum,
limit to be paid is day 15 for the following month after
you reached the minimum. In the event that Amuenet does
not receive payment from a search provider, payments
may be delayed. When you have reached the minimum of
$25 PayPal press request buttom for
your payment, the amount requested at that moment will
be the amount paid. We reserve the right to refuse
payments to those who do fraud or make the necesary
adjustement.
9. We only pay for clicks
generated from Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada,
Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France,
Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands,
Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, Sweden, UK, United States,
and Italy.
We ask members to when possible target as much
U.S./CAN based traffic as possible.
10. Self Searching: Affiliates
can´t use their own content to search/click, except
if really interested in what results are offering.
11. Portal pages: Affiliates
must use what Amuenet provide, and not to make portal
pages targetting high bidded keywords.
12. Search engine Lite:
Four using our results and our script for having your
own search engine, we require you are a top domain owner
with a rich content site oriented to major search engines.
In that case we will provide you with our premium results,
our search engine lite and help for using our content
in your site for generating more revenue .
13. Affiliates that have
false or incomplete details will not be paid. Please
enter your full details with the correct country and
phone number. Our support staff could phone you to verify
all the information provided is correct.
14,Any affiliates that
are known hackers, cheaters or have commited any other
illegal or fraudulent activites elsewhere have the right
to be removed from our program.
15. Privacy: Amuenet
will not ever sell or share any of your private information
under no circunstances.
16. Limitation of Liability:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL Amuenet BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATON, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS,
IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT,
EVEN IF Amuenet HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
